"Awful place to deal with. Find a different agent. Any other agent! This agent and her team are not only completely unhelpful, but they also seem to be uneducated and blatantly lie to their customers. It was like pulling teeth to get a simple answer - I have never dealt with insurance agents this bad. They not only don’t communicate but Tawney lied on multiple occasions along with being lazy and unhelpful."
